What makes us different is our constant effort to “travel the path less taken” when it comes to event design. Every client is different so it only makes sense that his or her design is not treated the same way. Our team looks forward to being presented with a challenge that the client believes is in the realm of impossible. Putting together such events give a sense of pride and accomplishment among all our employees.
During our inception in 2010 our founders realized there was a huge gap in the event market. They observed many clients that were mostly from out of province presented requests for more complicated events and most of the time would have been turned down and told that is was not possible in Newfoundland and Labrador given the resources available. That became Event 3Sixty’s main driving force, do something different and make events fun again. To achieve outcome we realized that Event 3Sixty couldn’t be a standard audiovisual company and had to be something different, a production company.
Our mission is to give our customers the best event experience that they can find anywhere. To provide them with the information required to make informed decisions, question assumptions and pay attention to the minor details. Empowering our clients to deliver their message to their target audience, while always providing these with a dedication to the highest quality of customer satisfaction delivered with a sense of friendliness, fun, individual pride, and company spirit.
Event 3Sixty must at all times act as a responsible corporate entity and be accountable to the community in which we operate and live. One of the ways we do this is by serving our community and by supporting a variety of local charities and their respective events. Our team assists many local charities by acting as committee members, fundraising, event sponsorships, in kind services and volunteering. Despite the economic challenges faced in the past, and the relative age of the company, helping our local community has always been a key component of our core values.
We understand that a key issue in the past for many of our clients is transparency and fairness in business operations. That is why transparency in pricing is so important to us. We promise that all costs are put upfront and if we believe an item was overlooked it will be brought forward. There are no unexpected costs or late booking fees.
Our quotes and invoices will detail all costs per item and service. They will not have “package” costs that are unclear and leave the assumption that it’s what is needed.
